WorkNOW, the Middle Flint Workforce Development System:
Middle Flint Workforce Development Board provides policy guidance on the design and operation of the Middle Flint Workforce Development System.
The River Valley Regional Commission administers the Workforce System on behalf of the Middle Flint Workforce Investment Board.
Implementation of workforce development services in the eight counties of Crisp, Dooly, Macon, Marion, Schley, Sumter, Taylor and Webster is based on the Federal Workforce Innovation Opportunities Act (WIOA) of 2014.
